UPCOMING DISTRIBUTIONS AND CAPITAL CALLS

Current state Cashflows estimation for Qualitas Funds' investors Qualitas Funds I: The Fund is 100% drawn. A distribution of c.8% of commitments is expected in the coming weeks. The forecast is to end the year having distributed more than 100% of the fund. Qualitas Funds II: No further capital calls are expected until the second half of the year. We expect substantial distributions in the second half of 2022. Qualitas Funds III: A capital call of 10% of investor commitments has just been issued. No distributions or capital calls are forecasted in the short term. Qualitas Funds IV: A capital call of 10% of commitments is expected in the coming weeks. Qualitas Funds Direct I: A capital call of 10% of commitments is expected in the coming weeks. The forecast is to be at 40-50% capital called at year end. *These figures may not be accurate for SCR vehicles.
